COSTS

Shipping charges are as follows (includes GST) :

• Flat rate shipping for orders: $11.95
• Free Shipping for orders over $200 

TIMING

• All orders are sent via Australia Post to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door.
• We’re happy to offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $200AUD.
• Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  Your order will be shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
• During sale and promotional periods, please allow additional days for processing your order due to high volume of orders. 
  Orders placed during a sale or promotion, can take up to 14 days. 
• Beauty at the Towers endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. 
  We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc.) Purchase gift cards and products 24/7 from our online boutique.

TRACKING

If you need us to track your parcel, or help estimate on approximate arrival time more closely – please contact us.

DELIVERY

If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office. 

Beauty at the Towers accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or delay as a result of using Australia Post’s service. 

RETURNS

Please note due to the personal nature of skincare products we cannot accept returns on any used or opened items.

The returns policy covers:

1. Goods invoiced but not supplied

2. Incorrect supply

3. Incorrect product ordered

4. Faulty product

We will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
